PRICING QUESTIONS
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Personal and Executive at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our Stripe-powered checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. Enterprise contracts can pay by ACH or invoice.
Household members can be added to Personal and Enterprise accounts at 50 percent of the plan rate per member, up to 6 people per account. Each member gets their own data sheet and removal coverage. Executive is single-seat by design.
Annual billing saves 20 percent compared to month-to-month. You are charged once per year upfront and the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies. Plans are otherwise billed quarterly.
